How do the OTIS’ work together?

SCENARIO: When a new part or feature is added to
a standard plan, here’s how the whole OTIS family
pitches in:
Walker the beaver 3d floor plan model software

Walker

Identifies it in the model and provides new estimating values and he shows it on the 3D model.
Cleo the Beaver. Get a solid list of all home building info

Cleo

Updates the list of the home’s objects to include the newly selected object.
Stan the beaver. Generate quantities and pricing

Stan

Takes the fully updated list from CLEO plus the model and finds the new estimating values from WALKER and adds it to the estimate.
Adam the beaver. A tool for scheduling and forecasts

Adam

Takes the changes from the estimate and makes any activity changes, updates forecasts or dates if required due to the new part or feature.
